NEW CD OF THE RAMEY MEMO SCANS AND
ENHANCEMENTS
o
This CD contains state-of-the-art scans of
the memo portion of the picture of Ramey and DuBose
where the text can be seen. These are high resolution of both sides of that
portion of the negative, of the whole 4x5 negative; of an 8x10 enlargement of
the memo area made by UTA for me; of a twenty-year-old 8x10 (memo Portion)
before the negative had been handled so much; of an 11x14 (memo portion) made
earlier in 1998 and of some others with fancy stuff done by an expert. Only
one picture is involved. There are at least two others with the memo held by
Ramey but the text is away from the camera, as well as pictures of Marcel and
of the meteorologist Irving Newton. The focus of these scans is for research
on the memo. There is a total of 188 MB on the CD.
