The Indian Union Central Bank (ICB) is the treasury holdings of the Indian Union.  This bank issues currency, trades with foreign currencies, manages the national union stock exchange, seeds business start-ups and funds scientific research and development, housing, medical, and retirement accounts for the union.

The holdings of the central bank ICB are backed by the holdings of the Indian Union of 55.7 million acres of land including natural resources and minerals located on these lands:  Gold, Silver, Oil, Natural Gas, Coal, Uranium, Timber, Spring Water, and more.  Each indigenous person is allotted 160 acres of land as by US Government treaty, numbering 359 treaties between the US Congress and Indigenous Nations within the 230 years of US History from AD1776 - the present year of AD2006.

With 160 acres of land per union member x 250,000 Indians per Nation x 561 Nations x 10,000.00USD/Acre =

160 * 250 000 * 561 * (10 000.00 U.S. dollars) = 224.4 trillion U.S. dollars in land value alone.

+ the natural resources value on this 55.7 million acres of land.

This does not include air space or digital space.  Air space being the flights over Indian lands and airwaves.  Digital space includes the country code extensions for the internet and all purchases of country code extensions including sub-oceanic fiber optic cable communication lines.

The ICB holds the main country code internet extension and all IU Indian Union national country code extensions including the security of this web network and physical security of all union holdings.

The ICB has a central location and is in charge of the construction of the central city for the IU such as the City of Washington in the Territory of Columbia was constructed AD1800 as the central location for the national government of the United States of America.
